Relevant Tertiary Education
2-3 years Sales experience in FMCG or relevant field
Flexible 44 working hour week
Weekend promotions
Awareness and understanding of the implications of fundamental commercial implications on day-to-day decisions
A basic awareness of the key fundamentals of budgeting, control and reporting
Understand the primary key drivers of sales in different channels
Demonstrate an understanding of how technology works within the sales process
Product relevance by channel, cluster and tier understood and applied
Ability to persuade customers to buy products or to increase sales and to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities

Drive RSP
Brand portfolio approach across all categories Beer, Wine, Spirits and RTD
Drive power pack compliance agreements with customers
Build partnerships with customers
Call strike rate
Drive continuous improvement and implement business improvement initiatives
