Howden: Office Administrator

What needs to be done?
  • Responsible for all badging of employees and vehicles for all of Howden associates and their sub-contractors.
  • Ensure to keep a badge register for returns and monitor it weekly to ensure all badges are being returned on time.
  • To ensure all Howden associates that worked on Sasol Secunda are booked for yearly medical, Induction and keeping track of expiry dates.
  • Responsible of writing of all orders for the Sasol site.
  • Ensure all invoicing is completed on Ariba within the deadline dates.
  • Will be responsible for JCE or any projects on Sasol sites: estimating and tracking hours before closing
  • Requesting of job numbers of each jobs
  • Ensure that all Heat maps are been filled in daily with the consolidated report is send on Fridays to Sasol and Howden Management
  • KPI report tracking
  • Ensure that timesheets and attendance are sent on a daily basis.
What do you need to bring?
  • Matric/ Grade 12.
  • Proficiency in MS office environment.
  • Formal Secretarial/ Office Administration qualification.
  • At least three years’ experience in an administrative function.
  • Knowledge of the JCE system including Ariba
  • Good communication skills and customer orientated.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Good planning and Organising skills.
  • Knowledge of the JCE system.
