Job Objective:
As a Junior Travel Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to the travel desk and travelers within Jendamark. Helping ensure that the travel experiences are smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. This entry-level position is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about travel and possess exceptionally strong organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with travel regulations, guidelines, and visa requirements for different destinations.
- Collecting, collating, completing and submitting of visa applications
- Collating of all e-tickets, accommodation, rental cars and other travel-related documents required by our employees.
- Calculate subsistence allowance per traveler (to be paid monthly)
- Weekly travel report per project, WIP
- Verify and confirm reservations 1 week prior to departure, ensuring accuracy of details.
- Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Ensure that all travel documents, such as passports and visas, are up-to-date and valid.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
