Qualification Overview:
This Qualification is designed to provide an entry-level for the development of Business Analysis Qualifications across various sectors and industries. Business analysis is a vital instrument within the business environment to ensure that information technology can provide effective solutions for business enterprises. This Qualification aims to provide lower-level access for learners to develop competencies to analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. The Qualification introduces key terms, rules, concepts, principles, and practices of business analysis that will enable learners to support business analysis processes and practices.
Entry requirements for this qualification include:
•Communication, NQFLevel4
•ComputerLiteracyNQF4 Level 4
•An interest in Information Technology
• Learners will need to be hosted in an IT environment/role

• LP2: Operate in a professional and innovative manner.
• LP3: Assist with requirement specifications.
• LP4: Build client relationships.
• LP5: Model and design business processes
• LP6: Decide upon and record requirement specifications.

• LP 8: Support the BA project environment.
WHO CAN APPLY?
SoluGrowth employees at Analyst and Senior Analyst levels.
Must be already employed by SoluGrowth.
Must be on a contract that will terminate after December 2024.
