- Prepare process equipment for commissioning and decommissioning.
- Operate, achieve, and maintain optimal operating for production purposes.
- Production of all Expanfo products.
- To comply with SHE requirements about standards and procedures.
- Use experience, procedures, and guidelines to guide action in systematic fashion.
- Act on instruction, follow through and complete.
- To keep the plant clean and encourage all for good housekeeping.
- To report all deviations and plant defects.
- To exchange information on process conditions at shift handover.
- To report and respond to incidents, hazardous conditions and\or emergencies.
- To master the plant operation (job) on all lines of operation through the work procedures and work instructions.
- To independently learn the procedural and related requirements of own work and environment.
- To genuinely value others input and expertise, willing to learn from others including peers. Co-operates with team and takes co-responsibility for team success.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements :
Applicants must reside in Mpumalanga Province and Communities.
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Must have completed N3 / Grade 12 / Matric certification with Mathematics and Science Compulsory.
Clear Criminal Record.
Medically Fit for Duty.
