Duties & Responsibilities
Summary/Objective
Dismantles, repairs, assembles, and installs mechanical components.
Essential Functions
- Dismantles, repairs, assembles and installs mechanical components on site.
- Performs tests and verifies correct functioning.
- Sets up and commissions machines and devices.
- Supports accountable engineers and other technicians in their tasks, both in maintenance and and productions.
- Checks completeness of documents and components for the proper execution of mechanical tasks.
- Prepares mechanical tools and equipments for use.
- Must understand and support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental policies of the company.
- Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations.

We offer a monthly stipend of R9500 per month. No benefits apply as this is a fixed term contract position.
