Job Description
An exciting and new opportunity has become available for a Stock & Sales Controller. The Stock & Sales Controller plays an important supportive and administrative role. She/he should be able to manage stock adjustments accurately, assist stores daily and combine reports to reflect investigating of stock discrepancies, which will also result in solving and assisting of these discrepancies. Our ideal candidate must be self-motivated, positive, and passionate about performance, a resilient individual who can think laterally and who has strong analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting daily with queries on IBT’S logged via the ticketing system (OneApp)
- Balancing stock where necessary (Over & Unders)
- Continuously follow up and reporting on exact receiving & Transporter Claims
- Delete Duplicate Transfers
- Interact with PKL Hub Managers on stock not collected or delivered yet.
- Checking up of Parcel statuses via PKL waybill tracker to provide feedback to the field on the whereabouts of parcels
- Handle telephone calls from Stores
- Birthday Vouchers for all Support Office/DC/Field staff.
- Packing of Tenacity orders.
- Liaise with Operations Field Management
- Update daily reports
- Escalate issues if needed
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Qualification in retail/stock control preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 2 years’ experience working within retail environment
- Fluent in English (Written and Verbal).
- Excellent Communication and Administration skills.
- A strong logical thinking and analytical ability.
- Has a high energy level and is performance-driven.
- Computer Literate and Numeracy skills.
- Microsoft Excel experience will be advantages.
- Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills.
- Ability to remain flexible, function under pressure and maintain a positive attitude and work performance in a variety of circumstances.
- Ability to multi-task and to deal with complexities, use initiative to solve problems.
- Ability to work independently, as well as be a team
