Training and Development:
Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to provide a deep understanding of the company’s service offerings, industry standards, and best practices.
Attend workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions to enhance technical and interpersonal skills.
Testing and Troubleshooting:
Conduct testing procedures and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Customer Interaction:
Develop and refine customer service skills by directly interacting with clients, addressing their needs, and resolving issues.
Collaborate with customer service teams to understand customer expectations and contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction.
Education / Professional Certification
- Currently enrolled in National Diploma Electrical Engineering ( Electronics)
- Completion of practical experiences one and two as part of academic requirements.
