You’d be an excellent fit for this role if you have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Good overall maintenance knowledge (carpentry, building maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will involve:
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping.
- Respond to guest requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the inspection of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
- Assist with the procurement of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
