Your ‘day to day’

Ensures compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.
Act and promote an interdependent and clear safety culture encouraging the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS
Ensures compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS.
Proactively operate with quality department for the implementation and execution of quality program to prevent quality incidents, reduction, and elimination of non-conformities in the process and product integrity.
Collaborate with the team members to deliver the highest internal and external consumers’ satisfaction, through Open+/IOS tools.
Implement and propose improvements for advanced maintenance activities.
Lead and participate as SME to advanced problem-solving activities (PM Card, IDA, UPS etc)
Ensure the respect of organisational change process for technical (mechanical) process modification.
Prepare and update standard settings and troubleshooting list of machines/processes and advise line crews, technical services team and other impacted employees.
Participate as SME to equipment installation and modification.
Act as 1st contact point for Incident solving (performing basic verification checks)
Analyse and improve the production processes using proper Open+ tool in order to eliminate losses.
Participate in continuous improvement of the quality and productivity standards of assigned equipment through zero-loss mindset approach to seek and implement kaizen activities applying problem solving and OPEN+ methodology and tools.
Proactively act as a member of an autonomous/self-sufficient team to drive cultural transformation as per Open+/IOS journey.
Coach others in PM Pillar tools
Provide all relevant information for the smooth running of production in/between teams, as well as to the support group and project managers to ensure optimal monitoring of the problems encountered and to share experiences and knowledge to continually increase competences and expertise.
Complete the necessary forms and make timely data entry into the information systems to ensure product traceability and equipment intervention.
Take ownership for the completion of own training plan and align with the requirements established in the Qualification Matrix.

Who we’re looking for

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanics Technology (or related courses)
At least 6 years of experience as an electrical technician or similar role with advance PLC programming is required.
2 Years of electrical experience within in a high-volume consumer goods manufacturing company
Computer literacy in SAP, MS Word & MS Excel is preferred.
Ability to organize maintenance activities in line with maintenance schedule, considering material and staff availability.
Working experience in integrating new technologies and control devices on the equipment
