Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Minimum of 2 years fitting in a similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to continue learning and improving skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
About:
- Install, maintain, and repair various products
- Troubleshoot to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Assemble and disassemble components as needed for maintenance and repair
- Test to ensure proper functionality and performance
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Document all work performed for record-keeping and future reference
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding maintenance and repair needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for maintenance and repair
