MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Yes Graduate is responsible for ensuring an optimum process to support the tracking & updating of the Plant Non TRS & Maintenance KPI & Maintenance Roadmap.
The main missions of the role are to:
- Capture Plant NON TRS ; Job cards and PM cards.
- Maintain & Analyse NON TRS result in Pareto’s per Technology
- Update Maintenance Top5 Gap Board
- Maintain Equipment Board.
- Participate in daily Top5 and provide feedback on Results & Trends
- Capture Artisan Efficiency tracker
- Support & Implement Maintenance Roadmap activities.
- Ensure Equipment Care; CO2 neutrality.
- Update PM Level 3 & 4 boards
- Daily Maintenance Routine with Maintenance Manager and Engineer.
- Compile monthly KPI reports with Pragma.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- National Diploma or B Tech in Electrical or Mechanical
- Computer literacy at Intermediate level essential
- Have a sound understanding of Work study principles and Work measurement tools
- A detail orientated person with analytical abilities and a structured and methodological way. Dynamic and proactive behaviour.
- 70% overall achievement on full academic results.
- Never been registered with the Y.E.S Youth Program before
