Customer Service experience handling general enquiries like where’s my order, stock availability, handing off more complex queries to head office

Computer Literate

Problem Solving

Oral and written Communication

Customer Service Orientation

Attention to Detail

Monday to Friday (08:00 – 20:00)

Saturday (Once a month (8:00-12:00)
