Main purpose of the role

To assist the sales department, key account managers, with proposals, stock reports, booking of briefs to the depots and assist with client enquiries to ensure all information is given through correctly to the operations department.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade12)
  • Relevant tertiary education
  • Minimum of 2 years previous admin experience in, marketing/ sales driven environment
  • Experience in sales and marketing.
  • Computer literacy – MS Office (incl. Outlook and exceptional Excel Formula Skills)
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans

  • Must have some knowledge of SAP – training will be given on our system
  • Must be knowledgeable in Excel.


Key outputs

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to inter-department managers as well as clients.
  • Gather sales information from Sales Consultants and compile proposals/ analyses and present to Senior Management
  • Assist with client query resolutions.
  • Manage all sales administration processes.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Sales Team
