Our Sparks & Ellis Team is looking for a dynamic and extremely capable professional candidate who could provide assistance and support to the Sales Agent by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales-related databases. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing sales.
  • Ensuring Client Satisfaction.
  • Maintain order databases and weekly filing.
  • Update prospect lists.
  • Handle Customer Queries
  • Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
  • Providing data and guides to help the Sales Agent.
  • Developing and monitoring performance indicators
  • Managing sales tracking tools
  • Identify and Source potential clients.
  • Liaising with buyers and suppliers and customers.

Requirements:

  • Customer focus

  • Numerical Skills
  • A minimum of 3 years previous Sales experience a must
  • String numerical skills and finance related qualification would be advantageous.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
