Normet has a broad underground offering:
Qualifications and experience
- Grade 12
- Trade certificate
- English literate
- Computer literate
- Microsoft Excel; Word and Power Point literate.
- Three-year Experience on mining (surface and/or) underground machinery.
- Experience on Hydraulics; Auto Electrical and Control Systems.
- Training certification preferable: Facilitation, Assessor or even Moderator.
- A person with underground spraying experience will be advantageous.
As a person, we expect you to:
- Have the right attitude to develop machines for harsh environments.
- Be capable both in individual and teamwork environments.
- Have a can-do and results-driven attitude.
- Be willing to take responsibility.
- Be capable of working with people from different cultures.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Health fitness certificate to work underground.
- Have a valid passport
