This qualification is further intended to empower learners to acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required to operate confidently as individuals in South African communities and to respond to the challenging economic environment and constantly changing world of work.

Completely funded by Rewardsco, this Learnership enables unemployed individuals to gain a fully accredited qualification at NO COST to themselves.

Those selected will be placed within the Customer Operations Department.

Job Overview: The main requirement of the Customer Care Consultant is to handle customer complaints, process orders, provide information about a company’s products and services and resolve queries.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12/ Matric Qualification gained within the last 2 years
  • No Work Experience gained
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and good listening skills
  • Must have excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Clear Criminal record
  • Must have an original ID
  • Must not be on any other learnership programme or currently studying
