The successful candidates will be mentored in the following areas:
- SAP role set up
- SAP transaction overview
- Teams file set up
- Customer overview
- Basics on excel (eg V lookup)
- Credit Working training
- Debit training
- Return training (Cancellation / Faulty goods)
- Internal orders training
- Overdue account overview
- Product overview of different tools
- Understanding and assisting with online / digital (customer) content
- MS office basics (PowerPoint, word, outlook etc.)
- Meeting minutes taking
Qualifications
Education:
- Matric
- N6 in Marketing Management / Business Administration / Management Assistance
