Key Performance Areas Include:
- Ensure that manual Labour Rosters for the following week are completed in line with the Production Plan and Labour Standards – works with the Supervisor.
- Daily time & attendance of all factory personnel are checked and all signed supporting documents are available.
- Ensure that weekly signed Time Sheets are accurately and timeously completed thereby reducing the need for back-pays.
- Ensure that all Payroll deadlines are adhered to.
- Inter-transfer document completed due to movement of staff within the factory.
- Plan changes tracked in relation to labour management.
- Ensure that all leave docs and back pays are completed and submitted to HR with relevant documentation.
- Wage queries follow up.
- Liaise with T&A Administrator and Payroll Administrator to ensure NIL pay queries and back pays.
- Ad-hoc duties when necessary, related to Labour Planning and Control.
- Production Scorecard updated per shift; day; weekly and monthly.
- Ensure that Scorecards are supported by system information from Shopware and BestTime.
- Weekly Operations Report updated.
- Ad-hoc duties when necessary, related to Production and Productivity Stats.
- Counting opening & closing stock of priority materials – assist with the investigation of discrepancies.
- Checking dough and cream rework – update tracker and distribute.
- Coordinate the DAF documents – send to Production Manager to authorise.
- Reconciliation of materials issued to the Factory.
- Ad-hoc duties when necessary, related to factory Inventory Management.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Excellent Communication and Numeracy skills.
- Good knowledge of Time and Attendance system / BestTime.
- Microsoft Office competence – computer literate.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and speed.
- Excellent teamwork, leadership and problem solving ability
Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics.
