Minimum of 2 years’ previous reception experience essential
Computer literate (MS Office Word and Excel)
Effective data capturing skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Efficiently perform all filing duties
Fluent in English
Switchboard experience
Time keeping
Reception desk management
