Qualifications
- National Diploma in Information Technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT or related field
- Certified Data Centre Professional certificate is
Experience
- At least 3 years experience with IT systems and networking
- At least 3 years experience in Data Centre colocation
- At least 3 years experience with Data Centre power systems
Knowledge Areas
- Knowledge of Data Centre colocation systems, including power systems, networking, and infrastructure monitoring
- High computer literacy and expertise using operational IT systems
- Excellent practical and theoretical cabling and networking skills
- Understanding of technology, products and services offered
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
- Basic contract management knowledge
