The key purpose of this role is to support the People practices, processes and reporting for all departments within a Maltings Plant with the objective to drive plant performance. The traineeship is an opportunity for students who are required to undergo experiential training as part of their curriculum. Students will enter into a 12 month, fixed term contract with Caledon Maltings during which they will undergo both on-the-job and off-the-job learning to complete their qualification.
