Job Summary:
To coordinate, plan and manage administrative and clerical duties of the Chief Corporate Services Officer. The incumbent is accountable for ensuring adequate administrative support to the marketing department.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Communication.
- Office Administration certification will be added an advantage.
- 2-3 Years experience in similar.
- People Management skilled.
Minimum work experience:
- Monitor the Clinix enquiry email (connected to website, social media platforms, google my business and hello peter) and respond to clients inquires promptly and adequately.
- Facilitate the creation of purchase order on SAP and send through to the suppliers on behalf of senior staff in Marketing Department.
- Assist in conducting market and client research for different calendar holidays and Clinix events.
- Communicate departmental briefs on behalf of marketing staff and other business units or for marketing related events.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to marketing department.
- Consolidate BBBEE.
- Assist marketing team in managing brand and marketing initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, build sound relationships and ensure good communications.
- Collaborate and build relationships with the various Departments and contribute to the overall performance of the marketing team.
- Monitor costs or expenses to achieve cost efficiencies and reduce waste in line with departmental budget
- Ensure complete, timeous and accurate reporting with appropriate levels of escalation to enable effective decision-making
