What you will be doing:
- Breakdown Analysis: Investigate equipment breakdowns and recommend solutions to minimise downtime.
- System Review: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of information in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Workshop Management: Oversee workshop activities, ensuring adherence to relevant standards.
- Problem-Solving Culture: Help develop and maintain a culture of problem-solving through root cause analysis practices.
- Reporting: Compile and analyse reports on KPIs, asset care compliance, artisan utilisation, employee management, and financial forecasts.
- Advice and Solutions: Provide advice and problem-solving techniques for various engineering challenges.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act).
- Manufacturing Capability: Implement strategies like 5S and Reliability Centered Maintenance to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Engineering Spares: Manage select aspects of engineering spares.
- Lubrication Strategies: Develop and implement effective lubrication management strategies.
What you will need to be considered:
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Sciences or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with a major in Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies

- Flexible Availability: Willingness to travel between our factories and work overtime and shifts as our factory operates continuously and flexibility is essential
