Support to sales:
Principal (basic) layouts for new projects

Estimates and cost calculations for new products

Weight and length calculations for shipping of new / existing products

Site visits for measurements for surface track and mining (underground if required)

Site visits for after sales service (fault finding)

Supervision and physical participation in installation of products on site

Assist with system design description documents

Assist to compile guideline documents (manuals)

Support to Operations:
Assist with generating new cutting programs for CNC machines

Handle enquiries relating to design of products

Fault find and evaluation for quality assurance

Generate or update Bills of Materials

Search for specifications / drawings for existing items

Reverse engineering of parts for machines.

National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

years’ experience in a Mechanical Engineering environment would be an added advantage

Must be computer literate & have CAD knowledge
