• Applicants must be of age between 18 and 35 years from all sections of the Tsantsabane Municipality to apply
• Applicant must be unemployed
• Applicant must be medically fit (pass pre-screening test. mine’s medical exam and RFA)
• Applicant will be subjected to psychometric test (Dover) and must achieve Symbol A
• Applicant MI be subjected to criminal checks
• Successful candidates will sign a fix term contract with Beeshoek Mine during their training.

• The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English and Afrikaans
• Must be able to work at heights
• Willing to work shifts as required by the mining sector
