Terms and Conditions:
- Applicants must be of age between 18 and 35 years from all sections of the Tsantsabane Municipality to apply
- Applicant must be unemployed
- Applicant must be medically fit (pass pre-screening test. mine’s medical exam and RFA)
- Applicant will be subjected to psychometric test (Dover) and must achieve Symbol A
- Applicant MI be subjected to criminal checks
- Successful candidates will sign a fix term contract with Beeshoek Mine during their training.

- Grade 12
- The ability to read manuals anci uncierstanci the content thereof
- The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English and Afrikaans
- Must be able to work at heights
- Willing to work shifts as required by the mining sector
