Minimum Required Qualification: |
- Have Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Have a Degree or higher when applying for the internship.
- Only degree from recognised South African Universities will be accepted.
- Be declared medically fit for the position and enviroment, as determined by a risk-based medical Examination at the relevant Sibanyestillwater Occupation Health Care Centre.
- Have clear security screening results.
- Applicants will need to undergo an interview process and psychometric assessment, which will be considered during allocation of Internship.
- The selection process will not be delayed to accommodate applicants whose screening process is delayed for whatsoever reason.
- Programme Objectives
- Ensure that programme objectives and associated tasks are well understood.
- Ensure that all phases of the developmental programme are completed within the specified timeframe.
- Ensure that all queries and concerns associated with the programme and completion thereof are escalated where necessary.

- Compile reports and arrange discussion of progress with the appropriate supervisor / development stakeholder.
