Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- N2 Certificate in relevant trade subjects (Mathematics, Engineering Science, Trade Theory,
Industrial Electronics) - Valid Code B Driving License
Required Competencies:
- Behavioral: Basic self-leadership, assertiveness, communication, problem-solving, and conflict
management skills - System Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Technical: Operation and maintenance of medium voltage switchgear and distribution networks
- Foundational Business Acumen: Basic financial
management skills
Responsibilities:

- Contribute to team performance and maintain good team relationships
- Use and maintain tools, equipment, and safety clothing
- Complete trade test training and on-the-job training
