Introduction
Job purpose: is to assist to maintain the day-to-day operations and anssure responsibility for maintaining installatiosions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with completion of RF installs to company standards.
- Assist with completion RF installs within prescribed time lines.
- Assist with Maintenance calls under Incident management.
- Assist with Completion of all install related and incident related documentation within allocated timelines.
- Provide quality feedback to PM, Technical managers and the NOC.
- Maintain company assets to optimum levels.
- Ensure H&S is always adhered to.
- Required to travel.
- Provide professional behaviour at all times.
- Ensure technical abilities are always to company standards.
- After hour work will also be required depending on the call out.
- Meet position KPI.
- Will be required to take on additional duties as and when needed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 certificate.
- A+ and N+ advantageous.
- Previous field work experience advantageous.
- Computer literacy.
