The Role:
As a Technical Support Leader (NQF Level 4), you will be responsible for:
– Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting to our customers via phone, email, and remote assistance
– Leading a team of technical support specialists and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
– Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical support function
– Liaising with other departments to identify and resolve complex technical issues
– Providing training and mentorship to junior members of the technical support team
– Analyzing performance data and generating reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement
