Job Purpose:
- Assisting office staff and managers with day-to-day tasks.
- Manage stock and keep record of movements.
- Housekeeping of the work area.
- Prepare Test, Inspect and book out products as per project requirements.
- Assist with value added process on all products a s per project requirements.
- Assist the appointed QMR (Quality Management Representative) with any/all quality related items/procedures.
- Carry out any lawful instruction issued by the Managers at LESA.
- Assemble and wire RMU’s for orders received.
- Assist with planning the execution of orders/builds and project work.
- Candidate must be willing to do site work and travel from time to time.
- Candidate must be able to perform work/repairs on switchgear such as:
- Mechanism Replacements,
- Fitment of Motors/atomization,
- Read and understand technical drawings,
- General fault finding,
- General understanding of protection settings and the working of the protection relay.
Key Accountabilities
- Stock Management / Stock Take
- Carry out any lawful instruction issued by the Managers at LESA.
- Housekeeping.
- Assist with any repairs/testing/ value added service, etc. to
existing products.
- Assist the Technical and Contracts Manager in day to day tasks.
- Order, project and RMU Assembly management
- Site repair Work

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
N6/ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Power
Completion confirmation letter from the University and Work-Integrated Learning request letter.
