Atlas Fire Security (Pty) Ltd is a 3rd generation, family owned and run business that was established in 1972. We offer complete fire protection solutions to our corporate and industrial clients. Our services include the supply, installation and maintenance of:
– Fire Detection Systems: Addressable, conventional and networked
– Gas Suppression Systems
– Fire Extinguishers
– Water Suppression: Hydrants, Hose Reels and Sprinkler Systems
– Room Integrity Testing
– Passive Fire Protection
– Etc.
We have vacancies in all departments available for the right people to join our team. Apply if you meet the following criteria:
– Live within 25km of Cape Town International Airport industrial area
– Have a valid Driver’s Licence
– Have a valid South African ID
– Sober habits: Drug and alcohol tests will be done regularly
– Clear criminal record. This will be checked during screening
– This is an engineering field with further training and accreditations with the SAQCC Fire so Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science is required
– TVET equivalent qualifications N3 with four subjects completed (Mathematics, Science, other subjects can be Electronics, Electrical, Electro technology, Industrial Electronics, Engineering Drawings)

V24.21 Apprentice Fire Technician: No experience required. Training will be provided
V24.16 Apprentice Fire Detection Technician. Experience in construction industry doing electrical installations
V24.11 Apprentice Pipe Fitter. Experience in construction mechanical and pipe fitting. No welders.
V24.13 Storeman. Experience Organising and managing large stores with engineering stock and equipment. Salary market related.

Pay: R5 000,00 – R7 000,00 per month
