Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements For Coca-Cola Beverages Unemployed Learnership
To qualify for the programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy with a minimum pass rate of 40%.
- English and a second language with a minimum pass rate of 40%.
- South African citizen.
- Between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
- Must be unemployed at the time of appointment.
- Must not be registered for full-time studies.
- Must not currently be participating in another learnership programme.
- Must not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership.
- No criminal record.
- No adverse credit record.
- Willing to undergo criminal, qualification and identity verification checks.
- Available to work six days per week.
Added Advantage
The following will be beneficial but are not mandatory:
- Driver’s Licence.
- Post-matric qualification in Sales and Marketing.
Learnership Duration
The programme will run for a period of 12 months.
Learners will be required to complete a qualification consisting of a minimum of 120 credits in order to successfully complete the programme.
