Thabang Maimela’s Tip
Pay close attention to the job title here. Although the vacancy relates to Work Integrated Learning, ASV is recruiting a WIL Officer, not learners looking for workplace experience. Your CV should therefore focus heavily on previous learner placement, SETA/QCTO compliance, employer liaison, PoE management and training administration experience. If you’ve supported audits or managed apprenticeship/learnership records before, highlight that experience prominently.
How to Apply
Applicants should follow the application instructions provided in the original ASV vacancy advertisement.
Before applying, consider preparing:
- Updated CV
- Certified ID
- Relevant qualifications
- Red Seal certificate, where applicable
- ETDP SETA qualifications, if applicable
