Our Sparks & Ellis Team is looking for a dynamic and extremely capable professional candidate who could provide assistance and support to the Sales Agent by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales-related databases. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing sales.
- Ensuring Client Satisfaction.
- Maintain order databases and weekly filing.
- Update prospect lists.
- Handle Customer Queries
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
- Providing data and guides to help the Sales Agent.
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators
- Managing sales tracking tools
- Identify and Source potential clients.
- Liaising with buyers and suppliers and customers.
Requirements:

- Numerical Skills
- A minimum of 3 years previous Sales experience a must
- String numerical skills and finance related qualification would be advantageous.
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
