Applicants are invited to apply for this excellent opportunity that exists for the above-mentioned position. The successful incumbent will report to the Unit Manager – Cheese.
Purpose of the Job:
To maintain a clean and healthy work environment (effectively and efficiently) inside and around the cheese factory.
Education, experience, and competencies required:
· Grade 12/Matric/ Equivalent.
· Minimum of 3 – 6 months production / warehousing / FMCG experience is essential.
· Good communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Disciplined and time conscious.
Key Performance Areas:
· General housekeeping and cleaning of equipment.
· Packing of finished and unfinished goods on pallets inside the fridge and/or on the production floor.
· Stock rotation, boxing and labelling of the final product.
· Health, Safety and Quality.
· Ensuring good housekeeping principles
