Purpose of the Job:
- To perform maintenance on all production equipment in accordance with the Maintenance Schedule
Oversees Maintenance Assistants
Qualification Requirements:
- Qualified Electrical Artisan (Trade Test Completed)
- 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing/maintenance environment
- Wireman’s Licence advantageous
Knowledge & Experience:
- Steel Processing, Steel Welding, FMCG or Automotive experience is advantageous.
- PLC experience (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi or Moeller) is required.
- AC & DC Motor drive experience is required
- Exposure to a variety of instrumentation and control systems is essential
- Ability to maintain high standard of housekeeping in the work area
- Good communication skills
