Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to DC • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify potential issues. • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to • Ensure the optimal performance of electrical systems. • Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime. • Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment. • Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards. • Collaborate with other departments to address electrical-related issues and support ongoing operations. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment. • Feed Back on breakdowns • Overtime support when needed • Control of stock and critical spares • Adhere to all safe working procedures • Housekeeping 5 S • Perform inspection of various H&S required registers
Qualifications and Experience
• +5 Years Technical or maintenance experience with a strong knowledge of conveyors and motors. • Red seal trade test certificate • PLC knowledge and programing • Relevant technical qualifications or certification in electrical engineering or a related field. • Valid driver license • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring diagrams. • Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical problems and performing repairs. • Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and management. • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.
