Vacancies exist at Mpact Paper – Springs Mill in the HR for which applications are invited from 18.2 Learners (currently unemployed individuals) who meet the following requirements:
Qualifications:
A Matric Certificate / N3 with Mathematics and Physical Science or Engineering Science (Maths
Literacy will not be accepted).
• Relevant N2 trade theory is essential;
Job Requirements:
* Demonstrate personal responsibility for safety and assist in enhancing Mpact’s safety culture;
• Learn to utilize tools;
* Develop dexterity within specific discipline;
- Complete required trade specific learning:
Develop a theoretical understanding of Operations as well as Sectoral knowiedge: - Able to communicate in and understand written and verbal English.
Engineering Training Programme Process:
This training opportunity is a five-inonth pro-selection process, successful candidates will be selected
onto the Engineering Trainee Programme and will undergo a fixed term comprehensive training
programme run at Springs Mill;
• On successful completion of the Engineering Training Program, candidates may be appointed in the
engineering departments at one of our Mills where vacancies exist.
