The appointee should:
- Have Grade 10 or equivalent NQF 2 qualification
- Have passed approved discipline specific training modules for Boilermaker Aide
- Have at least 1 year working experience in an Engineering environment
- Be able to work in confined spaces and heights
- Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre

Key responsibilities:
- Assist with equipment maintenance, installation and construction of work place facilities to standards and specifications.
- All maintenance, installations and constructions to be reported for inspection.
- Safe, correct and effective application of equipment and machinery utilised during duties.
