Job Description
TWK Motors, part of the TWK Agri Group, has the following vacancy available: Technician at Standerton, Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Repair and servicing of vehicles according to dealer / distributer standards and with the flat rate time
- Establish parts required for service / repair to be performed and ensured correct parts are ordered
- Report to Service Manager promptly on any additional work required
- Obtain authorization prior to carrying out any additional work
- Advise Management prior to fitting any major parts outside the norm for routine servicing / repair
- Obtain technical information from Services Manager on problem jobs
- Adhere strictly to technical specifications as laid down by manufacturer or as instructed by Management
- Adhere to laid down workshop policies and procedures
- Note the description of all work performed on the back of Repair Order if required
- Place all used parts in plastic bag, except oil & fuel filters and place on passenger floor
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Qualified motor mechanic
