Your responsibilities
- Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities and report unsafe practices and incidents. Contribute to customer satisfaction by planning and execute Service work according to customer order and expectation.
- Clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility and ensure customer retention by delivering superior customer experiences and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations, while on-site, work with the customer to identify opportunities for improve the customers operation and eliminate pain points and utilize the local practices for notify the account team of opportunities.
Your background
- B.Tech Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in field service work. Both LV and MV Switchgear experience. ABB Relays experience.
- LV and MV Switchgear , Service and relay experience.
- Collaborative and good and communication.
