Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for a Cashier Development Administrator at our Head Office in Midrand. The primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Cashier Development team and relevant stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements…
Essential:
- Grade 12 – Senior Certificate
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience working as a Cashier or Senior Cashier within a retail environment
Advantageous:
- Certificate in Administration or Facilitator qualification.
- Minimum 1 year administration experience
Job Specification…
- Administer general office management such as ordering stationary, training equipment and consumables as required
- Organise team calendar including the training calendar and coordinate training schedule and training venues
- Track all department invoice payments and ensure the invoice spreadsheet is updated accurately
