INTRODUCTION:
Komatsu South Africa has an opportunity for Assistant Artisans with at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in Earthmoving
Equipment to join our team at Mogalakwena.
*Applicants from the immediate area will get preference.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric/N3 Certificate.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 – 3 years’ work experience working on earthing moving machines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Required to work overtime and standby from time to time and must be prepared to travel when needed.
- Assist the artisan in all aspects.
- Must be safety orientated as machine movement and component movements are present
- Must have some knowledge on basic tools and the purpose of tools used
- Must be presentable and tidy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Some knowledge of tools and machine repairs.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Have a passion for Heavy Earthmoving Machinery
