JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide an effective administrative and client support role to the Offshore Manager in order to contribute to the successful operation of the broader team. To be responsible for all compliance issues relating to the new business application process for Offshore Services clients. To provide a readily available service focused knowledgeable and experienced point of contact for new and existing internal and external stakeholders and clients. To reactively provide sales fulfilment as and when required (walk-in clients, direct and to cover sales staff)

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications and Experience:
Matric
NQF Level 4 qualification
3-4 years Personal and Business Banking
2-3 Years Administrative and Client Support experience
2 Years Forex experience will be an advantage

Knowledge:
Knowledge of regulatory universe
FOREX and Exchange control
Understanding of admin process
