Purpose of the Job
The main purpose of the job is to sell merchandise against sales targets and to create sales opportunities for current and future sales purposes. The sales person is to provide excellent customer service.
Job Objectives

- Planning daily sales activities before store opens

- Doing prospecting to maximise sales opportunities

- Assisting customers on the floor in order to sell productsConstantly upskilling self on products specifications and informing customers on product specification when required.
2.To provide excellent customer service
Making post-sales courteousy calls – thanking customers for business, making sure customers are satisfied with purchases, etc.

- Keeping customers informed of waiting period throughout sales process
- Following-up on the delivery of purchases
Qualifications
Grade 12
Experience
Previous experience in similar position advantageous
