Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Control Equipment technical testing systems
- Provide the Control Equipment production facility with electronics technical support for all products
- Streamlining repair processes and reducing the turnaround time
- Maintaining Repairs Monitoring Database to identify fault trends that can be used to improve new products design
- Provide field product support and repairs
- Diagnose and solve problems on PCB and component level to avoid the failures
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure preventive actions are implemented to avoid recurrence of workmanship errors
- Problem solving of Control Equipment Technical issues
Qualifications & Experience
- B-Tech in Electronics or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (PCB Design and providing electronic technical support)
- Skilled in electronics – both digital and analogue
- Software experience/ knowledge of C.
- Experience in PC architecture and construction
