Qualifications and Experience
- Matric certificate.
- Mechanical Trade Certificate (HVAC).
- Electrical trade certificate would be advantages but not an absolute requirement.
- 3+ years working experience with large central cooling plant, cooling towers, chiller systems, high volume AHU, CRAH, CRAC, VSD and controls. This includes but not limited to repairs, maintenance and breakdown response.
- Previous data centre experience would be advantages.
- Extensive knowledge on Data Centre environments and critical infrastructure systems
- Extensive data centre design knowledge preferable
