- Diagnosing system problems in minimal time and making repairs.
- Making recommendations for improving service reliability and performance of equipment.
- Gathering and recording machine information at regular intervals to monitor performance.
- Escalating solving technical problems by seeking timely advice or assistance from technical support when necessary.
- Responsible for price quality in line with Sandvik’s process and rules
- Develop sales opportunities for Sandvik product lines within the defined territory or set of customers
- Define Sandvik offering using standard specification sheet
- Develop a sales plan for designated territory or set of customers
- Ensure customer follows Sandvik terms and conditions of sale
- Liaise between customers and Sandvik to ensure all issues are settled in a timely manner
- Provide the company with regular status reports on business activities, opportunity development and overall satisfaction of the customer’s base
- Work as part of the account management team for local
- Ensure sales tools is up to date with valid cases and customer visit reports
- Update sales tools
- Handling customers in a professional manner during difficult high-pressure situations.
- Documenting system problems and Preventative Maintenance (PM) performed in customer’s site log.
- Establishing PM schedules and performing according to company’s specifications
Profile Required
- Mechanical Engineering Diploma/Degree
- University of Technology Students Requiring P1 & P2 will be considered.
- Computer literate – Excel Skills
- Critical, Analytical skills and a self-starter
- Project management skills
- Negotiation skills
- CAD Software
